To ensure a smooth and effective online conference, all presenters are kindly requested to follow these guidelines:

1. Online Platform

• All sessions will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams:

• Presenters must join the session using a stable internet connection.

2. Joining the Session

• Presenters must join the Microsoft Teams session at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation.

• Please ensure that you are online and available throughout your presentation slot.

• Presenters are required to standby during the Q&A session following their presentation.

3. Video Presentation and Q&A

• Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes (Invited Speaker) and 10 minutes (Regular Speaker)  for the video presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that their YouTube video is accessible and plays properly.

• The presentation will be pre-recorded and uploaded as a YouTube video.

• The Organising Committee/ Session Chair will play the YouTube video during the scheduled presentation slot.

• Presenters must remain online and be available to answer questions immediately after their video presentation.

IMPORTANT

Presenters must join Microsoft Teams at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation and MUST remain online and on standby for the Q&A session.

Invited Speaker Presentation: 15 Minutes | Q&A: 5 Minutes

Regular Presentation: 10 Minutes (Pre-recorded YouTube Video) | Q&A: 5 Minutes
