We guarantee our animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. We can't guarantee genetics because of the complexity and variability of multi-gene animals, but we take pride in doing our best to accurately identify the traits. All hatchlings with recessive traits produced by us are guaranteed. All hatchlings are captive born and produced by myself unless otherwise noted. All hatchlings are in good health and fed at least 3 meals before being sold. I triple check gender before listing and shipping, but any discrepancies with the gender of your snake must reported within 1 day of delivery.

Buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Please contact us with your pin code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped Priority overnight service delivered to your local hub or to your door. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and location to ship to.

Ship Your Reptiles doesn't offer insurance for packages delivered to your home and we follow the same practice. Animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the hub opening. It is the buyers responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address to send the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will terminate our live arrival guarantee. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults.

• We accept Google pay, Paytm, wire transfer or E-transfer as method of payments

• Shipping is only done when temperatures are correct on both shipper and receivers location
