In order to make the blink faster we made the delays shorter. The top one controls the length of the LED being turned on, and the bottom controls the off. To make it blink faster the bottom needs to be shortest.

You have to change the range and such yourself

Pros:

Arduino does everything itself
You don't have to fully touch it to make it turn on a little bit

Cons:

Light turns fully off
Photo resistor is very sensitive
