Hi, I’m Madison Traub, an independent filmmaker and content creator!
As a passionate and creative storyteller in the film and video industry, I bring a wealth of experience in production, including screenwriting, directing, producing, cinematography, and editing. With a keen eye for storytelling and visual composition, I specialize in transforming concepts into compelling, high-quality content. My background in scheduling, communication, location scouting, and set organization allows me to deliver polished and engaging work that enhances the storytelling process. Dedicated to continuous growth and innovation, I am eager to contribute my skills to create captivating visual experiences that resonate with audiences.
EDUCATION
I graduated from Hofstra University in the spring of 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Filmmaking and a minor in Mass Media. I had the privilege of serving as president of the Hofstra Filmmakers Club, after being treasurer the year before. In 2024, I was honored to receive the Senior of the Year Award in Filmmaking.
YOUTUBE CHANNEL
For the past ten years, I have managed a personal YouTube channel called FamilyCircusPro, where I post content including my self-produced films. This channel has gained over one million views and 3.37K subscribers. I also handle the channel's social media pages on Instagram and TikTok.
MY FILMMAKING JOURNEY
From a young age, I have been captivated by the world of film, often imagining myself within the stories of the characters. I created my first film at the age of twelve as a playful experiment, but it quickly ignited a deep passion for filmmaking. Over the years, I have created nineteen films ranging from short films to features to series of all genres. While I find fulfillment in all aspects of the craft, my primary passion lies in writing, directing, and producing.
