Kiononos is the Greek word for partnership. This fictitious consulting ministry exists to help aid and enhance the online presence and impact of local congregations by partnering with them in increasing their digital reach.
I chose this graphic because it is simple and clean. As a consulting ministry, clear and concise communication is key to success in helping churches become more effective in their online presence. I chose the color scheme because I think it's a modern and attractive scheme that communicates professionalism and trust. Blue is a color that people feel comfortable with and trust. It is considered a soothing color. KC seeks to build a true partnership with the churches they work with so trust is at the center of each relationship.
The circle represents the eternal work of the Kingdom. Throughout each and every age of communication, God's people have existed and adapted. The digital age is not different. The church must find new ways to reach thew world and use every means of communication to "seek and save the lost."
I chose this particular font pairing because I liked how the modern san-serif complimented the more classic and decorative serif font. I believe this represents a harmonious relationship among generations. And that relationship is analogous to the church. All generations must be active for a congregation to be healthy. The timeless message of the Gospel is relevant from age to age and generation to generation. I believe this font pairing accurately represents that balance. Old and new. Classic and modern working together.
