RUN BANDIT: HALLOWEEN RUNNER — PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT DELETION
This page supplements the Madishan Games Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Run Bandit: Halloween Runner.
ABOUT THE GAME AND SIGN-IN
Run Bandit is a single-player game with guest play and Google sign-in. Guest gameplay progress is session-only. When signed in, the game is designed to use Firebase Authentication and Google Play Games for account identity, cloud progress, achievements, and leaderboard features. Production Android sign-in and account flows are still being verified; Google Play Games information is processed when those services are used.
INFORMATION USED FOR GAME FEATURES
Depending on the features you use, Run Bandit and its service providers may process a player or Firebase authentication identifier; your chosen display name; Google Play Games player identifier or profile name when you sign in; game progress, campaign and challenge progress, scores, ranks, achievements, missions, earned coins and Soul Shards, and earned or equipped cosmetics. Guest progress is session-only. Authenticated play enables cloud progress and rankings. Display names and scores may be visible to other players through the global leaderboard.
ONLINE SERVICES
Madishan Games operates the Run Bandit backend on Google Cloud, including Cloud Run and Firestore, to support authentication, cloud progress, and server-verified leaderboard features. Google Cloud processes data as a hosting and infrastructure provider. The game may transmit account identifiers, profile and gameplay records, and request/network information needed to provide these features and protect the service. Data in transit to these services uses HTTPS. Platform-controlled Google Play Games data is also subject to Google's terms and privacy settings.
ADVERTISING AND DEVICE INFORMATION
Run Bandit uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The game includes interstitial ads and optional rewarded-interstitial ads for a revive or double coins. Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, App Set ID or other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Google may use or share these data for its advertising and related services. UMP presents applicable consent and privacy choices. Advertising is currently configured in test mode during development; production ad configuration has not been device-verified.
COLLECTION AND SHARING
Some information is transmitted from the device to Madishan Games and its service providers to provide authenticated cloud features and ads. Google Cloud and Firebase process information to provide hosting and authentication. Google Mobile Ads processes advertising data for advertising purposes. Google Play Games processes data when its sign-in, achievements, or leaderboard services are used. A player's chosen display name and leaderboard score may be disclosed to other players in the global leaderboard. Information controlled by Google or another platform may require a request through that platform.
DIAGNOSTICS AND OTHER DATA
Advertising and platform SDKs may process diagnostic, app interaction, device, or network information as described above. We do not claim that Run Bandit uses a separate analytics or crash-reporting product. The current production Android package has not been built and reviewed, so SDK and manifest behavior should be checked again against the release build before launch.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You can request deletion of your Run Bandit account and associated Madishan Games data from inside the game using its account-deletion option. If you cannot access the game, email madishangames@gmail.com with the subject “Run Bandit account deletion.” Include your in-game display name and player ID, if available, so we can identify the right record. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private authentication tokens. Your request can cover your account profile, cloud progress, earned-currency and cosmetic records, and leaderboard entry that Madishan Games controls. Google Play Games data controlled by Google may also require action through Google's account or privacy controls. Deleting an account is different from uninstalling the app; uninstalling may remove local session data but does not itself request deletion of online records. We review and process valid deletion requests under applicable law and legitimate retention obligations. We do not promise a specific completion or backup-retention period here.
