2. Role & Responsibility

• We assist in connecting buyers with suitable manufacturers, mills, or suppliers.

• All commercial terms such as pricing, quality, quantity, delivery timelines, and payment terms are finalized between the buyer and the seller.

• MADHAV SHREE APPARELS is not responsible for manufacturing defects, production delays, or shipment issues beyond coordination support.
  
  

3. Orders & Transactions

• Orders are processed only after mutual confirmation between buyer and seller.

• Samples, specifications, and approvals must be verified by the buyer before order confirmation.

• Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification is subject to supplier approval.
  
  

4. Pricing & Commission

• Prices quoted are based on current market conditions and supplier quotations.

• Brokerage or commission, if applicable, will be mutually agreed upon prior to order confirmation.

• Any additional charges (taxes, freight, duties) are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are strictly as agreed between buyer and seller.

• MADHAV SHREE APPARELS is not liable for payment defaults by either party.

• Any financial disputes must be resolved directly between buyer and seller.
  
  

6. Quality & Claims

• Quality responsibility lies with the manufacturer or supplier.

• Any claims related to quality, shortages, or defects must be raised immediately upon receipt of goods.

• We will assist in communication but do not guarantee claim settlement.
  
  

7. Confidentiality

All business information, pricing, client details, and trade data shared with us are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

8. Communication & Consent
