All orders can be placed online by clicking the Virtual Store link. After orders are placed, Mad G Duck will provide you with a confirmation or your order and expected delivery date.
Return/Exchange Policy: Items that are returned if a customer no longer wishes to purchase the item will be refunded with store credit. All returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and return shipping is the customers responsibility. Exchanges will be shipped to customers at no extra charge. There are no refunds/exchanges after 30 days. If you receive an item with a defect, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for full refund or exchange. Exchanges on defected items will be replaced with a new item at no extra charge.
