Made by IKM is a video and digital marketing studio based in Ottawa, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, or send us a message, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, social media links, and anything else you choose to share with us.
We use your information to respond to your request (for example, your free page audit), to provide our services, and to answer your questions. We only use it for the purpose you gave it to us.
We never sell your information. It is stored in the tools we use to run our business, such as Meta Business Suite, email and phone, and is only shared if the law requires it.
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above. If you do not become a client, we delete your information within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Just message us or reply "STOP" to any message we send.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
