Here's how it works:
We start with a (no-pressure!) call to hear about your vision, your love story, and what you’re dreaming up. We’ll walk you through what working together looks like, answer all your questions, and see if we’re the perfect fit.
After our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal designed specifically for your needs. Once you’re ready to say “yes!” to working together, we’ll get your date secured with a contract and retainer.
Here’s where the fun really begins. We’ll dive into your vision, build your dream team of vendors, create a personalized design plan, and start mapping out the details. (And don’t worry — we keep everything organized and stress-free.)
From timelines to layouts to design boards — we’ll handle it all. We’re your sounding board, your advocate, and your go-to for every question and idea along the way. You’ll always know exactly what’s happening and what’s coming next.
About 6-8 weeks before the big day, we’ll pull everything together. We’ll confirm all the details, finalize timelines, and make sure everyone — vendors, family, wedding party — is ready to celebrate you.
This is your moment. We’ll be there managing every detail behind the scenes so you can soak in every second with the people you love. You get to be fully present — we’ll handle everything else.
