It is a three-storey commercial building consist of rentable spaces. The building is a modern commercial building with a sleek and minimalist design that incorporates elements of both traditional and contemporary architecture. The building's exterior features a combination of dark grey, white, and brown colors, with a prominent use of wood and metal accents.

Notable Design Elements

Geometric shapes: The building’s façade is characterized by clean lines and geometric shapes. This creates a sense of order and modernity.
Light and Air: The balconies and strategically placed windows maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a pleasant and energy-efficient environment

Natural Elements: The use of wood-like louvers and panels softens the industrial materials and introduces a sense of warmth and connection to nature. These elements also provide shade and privacy.
Colors: The color used in the building represents a natural looking accent, brown colors for wood-like accent, and gray colors as earth or rock-like accent.

Safety and Accessibility: The building adheres to safety regulations, for example, the fire exit and emergency route of the building and ensures accessibility for all users is essential in the design process.
Parking: The inclusion of designated parking spaces directly in front of the building adds to its convenience and accessibility.
Law-oriented: during the design process, we followed the standard based on the local ordinance and the National Building Code of the Philippines which is essential to the community.
