Term of service

Generalˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• Depends on the number of details that ones char has, I will raise the price.

• Add 1 more char + 80% with the original prices.

• Mecha | details outfit: 30% of the original prices

• Add background + 20% with the original prices | Complex : 50% of the original prices

• Commercial : x3 base price.

• Private: 10% of base price.

• You can have 3 times fixes without pay, but after the final sketch I will charge 10 USD for each revision/adjustment​

Payment ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• Bank 70% after the final sketch has been selected.

• Bank 100% after the final.

• For paypal: I will charge for 10 USD.

Revision ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• You can have maximum 3 times, after that you have to pay for 3 USD/each times ( both sketch and render).

• Deadline and delivery ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• It will take me 1-2 months to finish 1 commission, I will notice the clients if it takes longer than the deadlines.

• I will update all of the step include: line, base and shade.

Use ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• Buyer is given permission to use my work for their personal use. If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purpose, please notify me and we'll work the pricing details.​

• Intellectual property rights ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for promotional purposes (I will reup the comm with watermark (except when you require a private comm).

Cancelled policy ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

Client-initiated cancellation:

• Sketch stage: 90% refund.​

• Base stage: 50% refund.

• Final stage: non-refundable.

Artist-initiated cancellation:

• Full refund (100%), artwork will not be used for commercial purpose.​

Reups ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

• Add cre: TobeHigh or Mad Cat Alleys when reups the comm.

• Buyer is eligible for refund in condition that i failed to meet the deadline.
