Privacy Policy for Muti'nin Maceraları

Mad Budgie Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Muti'nin Maceraları (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children.

• 1. Information Collection and Use

• Muti'nin Maceraları is a freemium educational game supported by interstitial advertisements. Users may optionally purchase the one-time “Remove Ads” product through Google Play.

• Information We Collect Directly: We do not require users to create an account, and we do not directly request or store names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.

• Local Game Data: Game progress, settings, preferences, and purchase entitlement status may be stored locally on the user’s device. This information is used to provide features such as saving progress, continuing the game, and preserving user settings.

• Advertising and Technical Data: The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on the user’s region, consent choices, device settings, and advertising configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process technical information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information. • Consent Choices: Where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and communicate advertising consent choices. Users may be given options to consent, refuse consent, or manage their privacy preferences in accordance with applicable laws. Google UMP documentation

• Purchases: The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store users’ complete payment card or bank account details. • No In-Game Accounts: Users are not required to create an in-game account or submit personal credentials to play the game.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

• Muti'nin Maceraları is primarily designed for children aged 9 to 13. Users under the age of 13 are treated as children for the purposes of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not require children to create an account, and we do not directly ask them to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location information, or other contact information.

• The Android version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent choices where required. These services may process limited device and technical information for purposes such as delivering ads, limiting ad frequency, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.

• Because the game is directed primarily to children, advertising requests are configured for child-directed treatment. We request only child-appropriate, non-personalized advertisements and restrict the permitted advertising content rating.

• The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store payment card information. Parents and guardians should manage purchases using Google Play parental controls and purchase authentication settings.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond information permitted for supporting the internal operation of the Service. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner that requires parental consent, we will delete that information or obtain legally valid parental consent.

• 3. Advertisements and In-App Purchases

Advertisements

• The free version of Muti’nin Maceraları displays third-party interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between game levels. These advertisements are provided by Google AdMob.

• Because the game is designed for children and families, advertising requests are configured as child-directed and limited to age-appropriate advertising. We do not knowingly use interest-based advertising or remarketing for children.

• Google AdMob may collect or process limited device, diagnostic, and advertising-related information in accordance with Google’s privacy policies and the user’s consent choices.

In-App Purchase

• The game offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called “Remove Ads.” Purchasing this product permanently removes third-party advertisements from the game for the Google Play account used for the purchase, subject to Google Play’s purchase restoration mechanisms.

• The transaction is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store payment card or billing information.

     No Subscriptions

• The game does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Third-Party Services

The game uses the following third-party services:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob):
Used to display interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between game levels. Google may process limited information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information. Advertising and consent settings are configured in accordance with applicable privacy and child/family requirements.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP):
Used to display consent and privacy-choice messages where legally required and to communicate the user’s advertising consent choices to Google advertising services.

Google Play Billing:
Used to process the optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. Payments are processed securely by Google Play. We do not receive or store users’ complete payment card or bank account details. We may receive purchase status and transaction information required to unlock or restore the purchased feature.

The game does not use the Facebook SDK. Firebase Hosting is used only to publish the public app-ads.txt file. Firebase Analytics, Authentication, Database, Crashlytics, and other Firebase SDK services are not integrated into the game.
