Booking Terms

1. Guidance, Not Directives

I am here to provide guidance to help you make informed decisions along your journey. My role is not to instruct but to support your personal empowerment. Please note that I do not accommodate emergency requests.

2. Frequency of Readings

I do not offer readings for individuals less than two months apart. This policy prevents dependency on readings, which may interfere with personal growth and self-control. Should I sense a developing co-dependency, I reserve the right to decline further bookings.

3. Photo-Based Energy Reading

I read energy through photographs and kindly request that you send one of yourself before a reading. I will not read the energy of third parties, as I believe it infringes on privacy. However, exceptions are made for legal guardians of minors in need of guidance and for photos of deceased loved ones (with permission to connect).

4. Readings for Family or Close Friends

I do not conduct readings for family or close friends due to my emotional investment in these relationships. Personal involvement may impact my objectivity and clarity in interpreting spiritual guidance.

5. Situations Where Readings Are Blocked

Occasionally, I may be unable to read for someone if spiritual guidance is blocked. This can happen for several reasons, such as the individual not being ready for the message. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided.

6. Rescheduling Due to Energy Clarity

In situations where I do not feel energetically clear, I reserve the right to reschedule your reading. This could be due to illness, personal circumstances, or external energetic influences like being influenced by another reading. I strive to deliver a reading with the highest possible clarity and energy.

7. Confidentiality of Readings

All readings and any personal information provided are strictly confidential and will be treated with respect and discretion.

8. Office Hours

My office hours are Monday - Friday from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. South Africa Standard Time GMT+2.  In-Person Readings are currently only offered on a Wednesday in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa.

9. Video Recorded Readings (Online)

For pre-recorded readings (video), please be aware of potential delays due to network or server issues. I appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. Delays do not qualify for a refund.

10. Client Responsibility and Use of Readings

You, the client, are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon the guidance received. Psychic readings are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or business matters, and you are advised to consult relevant professionals for such issues. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these booking terms and conditions.

11. Educational Background

I hold a BA in Psychology (NMMU, 2006). However, I do not claim to be a counselling psychologist and am not registered with any health authorities.

12. Refund Policy and Service Terms

If I am unable to complete your reading, a full refund will be issued. However, refunds are not available for services already provided, client cancellations, or failure to submit the required questions or photos. Please submit the completed questionnaire promptly, as any delay on your part may extend the wait time for your reading. Expect a turnaround time of approximately 3-5 business days from the scheduled date for online readings.

13. Intended Purpose of Psychic Readings

Psychic readings are meant to offer insights, not guarantees. If a reading doesn’t immediately resonate, I encourage reflection, as messages may become clearer over time.

14. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

My Clients are solely responsible for how they interpret my readings. Any actions taken by you (The Client) as a result of your reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your psychic reader. It is not to be used in the place of professional advice whether legal, medical, business or financial and you are urged to seek a legal professional for these areas. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decision, subsequent to, or based on my readings.
