Terms and Conditions for MacroTrack

1. Introduction

Welcome to MacroTrack (the "App"), a mobile application developed by Buckeye Software LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using MacroTrack, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are visitors, registered users, and contributors of content, features, or services available through the App.

2. Description of Services

MacroTrack is a calorie and macronutrient tracking app designed to help users log their daily food intake and track their nutritional goals. The app allows users to record and monitor their food consumption, track macronutrients (carbs, protein, fat), and maintain a healthy lifestyle by making informed decisions about their diet.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the App. You agree to keep your personal and food-related data up to date.

• Health Disclaimer: MacroTrack is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have any health conditions or concerns.

• Privacy: You agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

MacroTrack offers certain premium features or services through a subscription. You may subscribe to these services through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase or renewal.

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

• Refunds: All subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using MacroTrack, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful activity. Upon termination, you must cease using the App, and your access to premium features or services may be revoked.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroTrack and Buckeye Software LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MacroTrack is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be available at all times.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey, USA.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document or by providing a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
