Macro2020 is not bringing a new message. Many have spoken out and acted over the ages of humanity against the systematic oppression of civil rights by financial powers. However, our age of information is, perhaps, the first to be able to identify and articulate many of the complex ecological links between monetary perversion and social-environmental justice.

It is for this reason that confronting the problem … especially given the degree to which it now permeates all our global institutions … will require a concerted effort by all concerned parties working together to make a powerful and timely stand. There is not a moment to lose … if we have not already passed the tipping point.

If the world’s problems could be solved by just printing more fiat money and credit, we would not be having this conversation. But they cannot. Justice requires more of us than counterfeiting money and credit to enrich the powerful and hope enough trickles down to the powerless to fill their stomachs and soothe their anger. And since money permeates every relationship most of us have with the world outside us, making effective changes in what it is and how it functions will require broad, structural changes in our outlook and actions.

The FIRST STEP is to raise awareness of the vital importance of THIS specific problem in the conduct of our religious, civic and business affairs at a time when so many other problems are pressing. The only way this can be done is by educating the People

• to see that the perversion of our money is a cancer which enables and causes most of the urgent and fatal symptoms we are facing and

• to understand that merely treating the symptoms [as important as that is] will do NOTHING to stop the progress of this cancer.

The SECOND [and coincident] STEP is to launch coordinated public and legal challenges in the pulpits, in the media, in the courts and in the communities by a consortium of social voices willing to state that civil injustice is rooted in monetary perversion. The more we talk about it, the stronger the call to action will grow. The time of the prophets has passed … now the People must begin to speak and act [if it is not already too late].

The THIRD STEP is to restore the laws that will return the order God intended to our lives. This will take time, but our resolve must neither waiver nor be distracted as we wait.
