How to reach the Auditorium

Go to the main entrance in Piazza Scaravilli, 2. Take the stairs to the first floor and walk along the corridor in front of you until the end. Then turn left and continue to the end of the hallway; the entrance to the auditorium will be on your left. Directions will also be posted at the department entrance.

How to reach Bologna

By Plane

The Guglielmo Marconi International Airport (BLQ) is just 8 km from the historical city center. A shuttle service (Marconi Express) connects the airport to the city center in 7 minutes (Euros 12.80 one way). A taxi stand is available at the airport: it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center. 

By Train 

Bologna Central Train Station is located in the city center,  10-minute walk from the main square. High-speed trains -- Trenitalia, Italo, and OBB -- connect Bologna to all the main Italian cities: Milan (1h), Verona (1h), Venice (1.5h), Florence (30min), and Rome (2h).
