Macon Park 'N' Store

1. We're currently offering 20% off weekly parking (7 to 10 days) at $15.00 per day. If you need parking for more than 10 days, please check the Monthly Parking section.

1. Please check the Space Availability section before proceeding.

2. If space is available, please fill out a Reservation Form, call (470) 326-0900 to speak to a representative OR email truckparkingrents5@gmail.com and provide the following information:

   1. Customer name

   2. Company name

   3. Number of spaces needed

   4. Main phone number & Emergency phone number

   5. Email address

   6. Copy of driver's license for each owner/driver

3. Once your information has been provided, you will be emailed your sign-up documents through Square Contracts. Please be aware that sign-up documents must be completed within 24 hours before the envelope expires.

4. Once your sign-up documents are complete, your payment and deposit will be processed, and your gate access device(s) will be activated. You will receive a confirmation email containing a list of our Rules & Regulations (see Section 6).

Please read over our rules and regulations and make sure you are familiar with them:

1. All payments are due on the 1st of each month. All customers are set up for automatic payments.

2. If your card is DECLINED for any reason, the system automatically assesses a "BOUNCED PAYMENT" fee in the amount of $25 (This is viewed the same as a bounced check would be viewed). This charge cannot be reversed. If payment is not received before the 2nd day of the month, a LATE FEE will automatically be assessed. 

• Declined Card Fee of $25.00 - Fee applies automatically to declined auto-charge payments.

• Late Fee of 17% - Fee applies automatically on the 2nd day of each month if account is not current.

• Storage Fees - a storage fee of 2.5% applies automatically to overdue accounts on the 3rd day of each month and every subsequent day until the overdue account is paid in full.

Important reminder ~ per the parking contract agreement, it's required that our customers call ON OR BEFORE the 25th day of the month in order to update your card details or information before the 1st. 

3. If you want to cancel your parking account, we must receive notice ONE MONTH (30 DAYS) before the cancellation takes place. Please TEXT or EMAIL us any time between 10 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to cancel. This is to ensure your account is not accidentally charged for the following month and to make sure you receive your deposit for your last month of parking (see Pricing for more information on deposits).

4. Major mechanical work of any kind is PROHIBITED on the property. Anyone found performing mechanical work will receive a $500 FINE and/or TERMINATION of their account. If you are having an emergency and can't move your vehicle off the property, please inform us IMMEDIATELY so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Dumping of any kind is PROHIBITED on the property. Anyone found dumping will receive a $500 FINE and/or TERMINATION of their account.

- The following Items are NOT PERMITTED in our commercial garbage containers. (Violators will be Fined and may lead up to but is not limited to prosecution for Dumping)

NO:

Garbage from home

Bio-hazardous materials, medical waste, or hazardous substances

Tires

Bed springs/Mattresses

Tree logs or limbs

Deceased animals

Furniture

Carpet

Wood

Wooden crates

Pallets

Metal poles

Fencing

Rock of any kind

Dirt

Concrete of any kind

Large household or industrial appliances

Large automobile parts (including Fenders, doors, axles, rear ends, transmissions etc.)

6. Please park your vehicle in your ASSIGNED SPACE AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles parked in non-assigned spaces will be TOWED IMMEDIATELY.

*Spaces are designed for 1 truck & trailer OR 2 bobtails - DO NOT PARK 3 BOBTAILS IN ONE SPACE! 

7. Do Not Park any container(s) without a proper LEG AND FOOT - anyone found parking (aka dropping) a container without proper footing may or may not receive a FORMAL WARNING and will be Towed immediately at the owner's expense.

• Any company that parks and/or drops containers in their spaces are responsible for STABILIZING said containers by using 4 x 4 boards or stronger. DO NOT USE, BORROW, OR MOVE THE BOARDS DIVIDING THE SPACES.

8. Suspicious Activity of any kind is not tolerated at Macon Park 'N' Store 5, LLC and is grounds for IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and EXPULSION from the property.

Suspicious Activity is any observed behavior that could indicate a person may be involved in a crime or about to commit a crime.

IF YOU WITNESS ANY SUCH BEHAVIOR FIRSTHAND, PLEASE CALL 911!
