Amir holds an LL.M from the University of Karachi, where he graduated with the highest distinction, securing 1st position in 2022. His dissertation, Combating Major Financial Crimes in Pakistan: An Assessment of Relevant Laws and Practices, reflects his deep insight into complex legal challenges. Additionally, he holds an LL.B from the University of Karachi, a CII-UK certification in Legal & Regulatory Insurance and Takaful, an M.A. in Economics (Finance, H.R. & I.R.), and a B.Com from Govt Commerce & Economics College, Karachi. Prior to his legal career, Amir gained 7.5 years of corporate sector experience, where he honed his leadership and financial acumen.

Amir draws upon a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that was meticulously cultivated through the guidance of esteemed educators. He was privileged to learn from Justice Ghous Muhammad (Dean Faculty of Law),  Mr. Abid Hussain Khan, Chairman of the University of Karachi School of Law, whose leadership in legal education instilled in us a deep and lasting understanding of jurisprudence and fundamental legal principles. Glimpse of Notable Achievements

• Proven track record of securing favorable judgments in a wide array of cases, such as rent disputes, property litigation, civil and criminal proceedings, and constitutional petitions. 

• Successfully contested and won a Special Criminal Anti-Terrorism Jail Appeal No. 204 of 2020 in 2022 at the Double Bench of High Court, securing a full clearance of the Diyat Amount and a reduction in sentence, resulting in the accused being freed as a citizen of the country.

• Got Stay Order/ Injunction Granted from Special Cooperative Court West at Karachi in Suit No. 2485/2024

• Secured a landmark order on 16.12.2020 against PTCL & others, recovering a sum of 25 crore PKR under the Industrial Relations Act, 2012, with all appeals dismissed in High Court (Case No. NIRC Karachi Bench-1 No.7(106)/2016-K, No.7(22)/2019-K, No.7(29)2019-K, No.7(34)/2019-K).

• Won a decree on 17.12.2020 against Mr. Ali Akbar Noori & Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, recovering 71,15,000 PKR, overturning prior rejections at the appellate stage (C.A. No. 165/2017, ADJ-X, East Karachi).

• Successfully bring the University of Karachi, Vice Chancellor, Registrar and other officials via C.P-D 4205/24 via Hon'ble High Court Order.

• Successfully obtained 10 protective bails in a single session at the High Court (Bail Application Nos. 2119/2022 to 2128/2022).

• Recovered a two minors whom father took from mother VIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karachi (West) in Habeas Corpus 1405/2025.

• Recovered a 9-month-old baby to her mother within 12 hours via a Habeas Corpus Petition No. 272/2020 in the Court of Session Judge, Malir Karachi.

• Successfully defended a defendant in a defamation case, leading to the plaintiff withdrawing the suit entirely (Case No. 1252/2021, XXIV West JM CJ, Karachi).

• Represented the plaintiff in a contract law dispute, securing a favorable outcome by rejecting an injunction/stay suit under Order VII Rule 11 CPC (Suit No. 727/2020, XIth J.M South).

• Successfully resolved a property case, securing ownership rights for a client through a civil suit (Case No. 145/2021, XI JM CJ East, Karachi).

• Won multiple rent cases, property cases, criminal petitions, civil cases, criminal cases.and constitution petitions.
