Meet the Teacher

Mission

My mission as a teacher is to cultivate a love for learning in my students. I pulled together my classroom in hopes that your children feel safe, at home, and motivated to learn. Here we will work together, communicate, and respect each other.

Education

Believe it or not, I attended Sundale from Kindergarten to 8th grade. From there I graduated from Tulare Western High School. I am a mustang through and through. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Child Development from Fresno State where I was a student athlete playing on the softball team. I have a Master's in teaching Elementary Education and I am currently furthering my education and am working towards my Doctorate at Capella University.

Family

I come from a very close knit family. I have a wonderful and supportive husband and four children, Harlee (9), Hazel (7), Hattie (3), and Houston (1). I have a younger brother and older sister. Between my siblings and my husbands siblings we have FIVE nephews and one niece.
