This section is the capstone completed during my time at Concordia University - Irvine that addresses Chronic Absenteeism Among Hispanic Students at Loara Elementary. The data-driven research was completed in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and afterward, through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and the equity gap, a tier 1 and tier 2 curriculum was created to address the contributing factors of immigration-related fears and student disengagement through fun, interactive lesson plans for elementary-grade students.
