Ph.D. Candidate

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at Texas A&M University. I will be attending the January 2019 AEA/ASSA Annual Meeting.

I use experimental and behavioral economics to study questions related to labor economics and the economics of education. My current research projects relate to how women respond to potential discrimination in the labor market, the effect of stereotypes on academic outcomes of black college students, and how the stigma of unemployment impacts future worker effort.
