CEFLA EASY 2000/D Automatic Spray Finishing Machine with belt cleaning / recovery system.

 Description:

• Sprayer fabricated using coated sheet panels, uses a Centrifugal fan for intake of room air to a filtered upper air diffusion hood inside of cabin to pressurize the spray area and minimize turbulence.

•  Conveyor speeds variable from 2 - 5  MPM (Possibility of faster) . Belt width capable to carry 1,600 mm (5') wide charge through the machine.

•  Machine is PLC Controlled. The Superior Coating application is achieved by utilizing a "back spray" technique. The machine uses a slide-out material recovery system consisting of (2) rollers.

•  Infeed & outfeed Conveyors with lift cylinders.

•  Includes: (2) Reciprocating arms traveling on polished rods, hydraulic shock absorber provides smooth operation.

• Parts are read at the Infeed of the Conveyor by a photodiode light bar that reads the size of the part / location on belt and sends that information to the PLC to control the Spray Gun action.

•  Machine is equipped with (2) paint circuits.
  
  Spray guns and Pumps are not included and can be quoted separately. 
  
  This machine will be reconditioned and avaiable to be seen and test run in the shop prior to shipping.
