Status Management

To change a tool/machines status click the "Change Status" button to access the status list.

There is a specific way to make changes to the status of any listed tool/machine.

• Only make changes to the area tab not the MasterList tab

• Only select an option from the drop down list for status

• Make any relevant notes in the notes section but keep it simple put detailed information in the incident/maintenance report

Keep in mind this is not a method of reporting damaged or broken tools to the Area Host or volunteers you must still follow normal reporting procedure. This List is only a method for members to check a tools status without digging through Slack messages or Discourse threads.
