Machete's was founded in May of 2011. Tomas, our owner, worked hard for many years, enduring trial after trial to build what we all love today. All while raising three beautiful girls, Emily, Selena, and Kieshlea Garcia. The love and support of the New Athens community is what boosted us to where we are today. We are happy to be small-town proud!
