I give all glory, honor, and praise to Almighty God for blessing Macedonia Baptist Church—affectionately known as “The Big M”—with 198 years of steadfast faith, sacrificial service, and unwavering devotion to the work of the Kingdom. For nearly two centuries, God has sustained this sacred fellowship, allowing Macedonia to stand as a beacon of hope, truth, and spiritual strength within our community and beyond.

Through generations past and present, Macedonia has remained a spiritual cornerstone, rooted in prayer, anchored in the Word of God, and committed to fulfilling our divine mandate to Seek, Reach, and Teach as Christ has commanded. From our humble beginnings to this historic milestone, the faithfulness of God has been evident in every season, every victory, and every challenge overcome.

As we pause to commemorate 198 remarkable years, let us reflect with gratitude on the legacy entrusted to us and recommit ourselves to the mission before us. Our foundation remains firm and unshakable—built upon faith, love, unity, and obedience to God’s will. May we continue to serve with pure hearts, walk humbly before the Lord, uplift one another in love, and boldly illuminate the path for generations yet to come.

As we journey forward, may God’s favor rest upon Macedonia Baptist Church. May He strengthen our resolve, enlarge our territory, and guide us according to His perfect and divine plan. Above all, may everything we do bring glory to His holy name.

To God be the glory for the great things He has done—and for the greater things yet to come.

Yours in Christ,
Pastor Darrell Blocker
