Grades PK-K should have some success with 1-2 plastic bags

Grades 1-2 should master 1-2 plastic bags and have some success with 3 plastic bags

Beginner / Intermediate Jump Rope Skills

This activity may work best outside. Students can borrow a jump rope from school if they need one.

Locomotor Skills Review and Practice

Listen and Move Locomotor Skills

The kids love this one, but they will need some room to move. Around the kitchen island is about enough space. There is a segment where they run, so just remind them to do so safely in the space provided.

Catching Practice

Students can use a light ball, a small stuffed toy, or a rolled up pair of socks to practice their catching skills.

It's Time to Dance

Easy, visual dance choreography for all ages. Students can use the same format to make up their own dances as well. Each symbol they choose should be a 2-count movement and 4 symbols together would make an 8-count. They can mix and match their four symbols to choreograph their own routine.
