Tables and chairs set up to your specifications
IMPORTANT: To ensure proper coordination with our staff, layout of table and chairs arrangement should be confirmed at least a week before event date.

Basic Electrical Charge: Php 2,000
This applies to basic sound systems only, small photo booths, and projector/TV clients bring for their use
Full Lights & Sound System: Php 3,500
This applies to any stage lights, sound equipment such as speakers, PA system, mixing console, monitors, and any musical instruments that needs electricity.
We currently do not accept pencil bookings.
We recommend reserving as early as you can to ensure your desired date is secured.
Reservations are confirmed when we receive a copy of our signed agreement and security deposit.

All package rates are inclusive of egress. However, you may arrive an hour before the booked event time for ingress.
Extensions are allowed and subject to additional charges.
For any extension requests, organizers must inform and receive management approval prior to the start of the event.
Requests made during the event time will not be honored. This is to ensure staff will have enough time to clean up and rearrange the tables and chairs accommodate guests who will be coming right after the event. We hope and thank you for understanding.

As we are a vegetarian establishment, outside food is prohibited.
Food for event displays such as cakes, cupcakes, pies is allowed.
Yes, we highly encourage organizers to open for pre-orders to ensure we stock up on drinks and pastries for event participants and cut down wait time.
All decors are subject to management approval.
We ask that decorations should not cause damage to the interior and exterior paint of the area.
Please ensure decorations are affixed using tape or light materials that will not damage the paint on walls, doors, and other surfaces.
We recommend using rope, nylon, or straw to hang tarpaulins or banners.
Avoid using strong adhesive materials directly on any walls or surfaces, this can lead to unintended damage.
You may send your big decors (e.g. standees) to the venue by the earliest, one day before the event. Please provide a tracking link for items to be delivered.
Mabuhay Tea House is not liable for any loss or damage of belongings outside the agreed-upon time for the event.
