Lower & appeals courts

The Lower Courts of Mabruenia handle province level activities. However, if provinces decide that what any branch is doing is illegal, they can send a petition to the Appeals Courts, and they can decide whether or not what they have been sent is illegal or not. If they cannot decide, or need a second opinion, the appeal shall go to the Supreme Court, which will then make the final decision. Lower Courts do not have authority to enforce rulings on decisions against the branches, however.
