Current Administrative Responsibilities

    • Coordinator, Final Year Projects (Jun-2018 to date)

Department of Computer Science, COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities: To streamline FYP evaluations, track the progress of FYPs, conduct vivas, and linkage with Industry.


    • In-charge Registrations, VisioSpark 2010, 2011, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

VisioSpark is a National-level mega IT event held every year in COMSATS Wah Cantt.

Responsibilities: To manage everything regarding the event - the invitation to universities, managing record of their participants, and generating different reports for various administrative stakeholders of the event. I supervise a team of ten members including faculty and students.

    • Member, Graduate Coordination Committee (Feb-2017 to date)

Responsibilities: To design graduate thesis evaluation guidelines for MS/PhD, and to facilitate the allocation of graduate students to PhD faculty members.

    • Coordinator, Programming Courses (Feb-2016 to May-2017)

Responsibilities: To conduct meetings with all faculty members teaching the programming subjects, finalize and approve a common course contents for all faculty. The courses include Introduction to Computers and Programming, Object-oriented Programming, Data Structures and Design and Analysis of Algorithms.


    • Coordinator, Data Communication & Networks (Jan-2013 to Sep-2015)

Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia

Responsibilities: 1) To prepare Lab manual for the Data Communication & Networks course and get it approved.

2) To Lead a team of 4-5 MS/PhD students in conducting DCN labs, assignment of projects to all labs, evaluation, of all labs, and result preparation

Responsibilities: Helping students in semester registration, meetings with parents of undergraduate students, student counseling during the semester and career counseling.

Department of Computer Science, Qurtuba University, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan

Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sub-campuses of Qurtuba University and develop an agreed upon course contents for various subjects of BS computer science.
