🇳🇱 Subsidieregeling Stadsprogrammering – Maastrichtjaar 2026 De gemeente Maastricht wil in 2026 extra aandacht geven aan de verbindende kracht van de stadsgeschiedenis. Dit gebeurt via het Maastrichtjaar, waarin inwoners dichter bij elkaar worden gebracht en het gevoel van saamhorigheid wordt versterkt.Met deze regeling geeft de gemeente subsidie aan evenementen die een stukje stadsgeschiedenis opnieuw tot leven brengen. Daarbij moeten historische personen, gebeurtenissen of tradities centraal staan. Voor wie?De subsidie wordt alleen verstrekt:
Aan rechtspersonen (bijvoorbeeld stichtingen, verenigingen) of ondernemers die in Maastricht gevestigd zijn
Als de activiteit wordt voorbereid én uitgevoerd samen met minstens één andere rechtspersoon of ondernemer uit Maastricht.
Als deze samenwerking nieuw is: de partijen werken normaal gesproken niet of nauwelijks samen.
Waarvoor?• Voor activiteiten die gebaseerd zijn op de historie van de stad en die bijdragen aan een gevoel van trots op de stad en verbinding tussen alle inwoners van de stad die plaatsvinden in het jaar 2026. Voorwaarden De subsidie is alleen voor activiteiten (of een reeks activiteiten) die aan onderstaande voorwaarden voldoen:
De activiteit vindt plaats in Maastricht.
De activiteit brengt een verhaal uit de stadsgeschiedenis opnieuw tot leven (bijvoorbeeld een moment, evenement of persoon) en maakt dit zichtbaar voor bezoekers en deelnemers.
Er is samenwerking tussen minstens twee partijen uit Maastricht (personen of organisaties zonder winstoogmerk) die elkaar normaal niet of nauwelijks ontmoeten.
De activiteit draagt bij aan ontmoeting en verbinding tussen nieuwe en lang gevestigde inwoners van Maastricht.
De activiteit stimuleert samenwerking en verrassende ontmoetingen:
o tussen organisatoren onderling,o tussen bezoekers onderling,o en tussen organisatoren en bezoekers, zowel in de voorbereiding als in het eindresultaat.
De activiteit is gratis en openbaar toegankelijk.
De activiteit heeft geen winstoogmerk.
De activiteit vindt plaats in 2026.
LET OP: naast het aanvragen van de subsidie bent u zelf verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen van de benodigde (evenementen)vergunningen! Wanneer uiterlijk indienen? • Uiterlijk 1 november 2025.Let op:
Kosten die gemaakt zijn voorafgaand aan of voor de aanvraag zelf tellen niet mee.
Betalingen die niet passen bij de Fair Practice Code worden niet vergoed.
Hoogte van de subsidie
Categorie 1: € 1.500 tot en met € 5.000.
Categorie 2: € 5.001 tot en met € 40.000.
Alleen redelijke, direct projectgebonden kosten komen in aanmerking.
Bedragen zijn inclusief btw.
Betaling van medewerkers moet volgens de Fair Practice Code gebeuren.

Een activiteitenplan (hoe en door wie de activiteit wordt uitgevoerd).
Hoe de activiteit voldoet aan de voorwaarden van deze regeling.
Voor welke doelgroep de activiteit bedoeld is, hoe u deze bereikt en actief betrekt.
De looptijd en duur van de activiteit.
Twee voorkeursdata voor de uitvoering
Twee voorkeurslocaties voor de uitvoering
Een sluitende begroting met uitgaven en eventuele andere inkomsten.

🇬🇧Subsidy Scheme City Programming – Maastricht Year 2026In 2026, the Municipality of Maastricht wants to place extra emphasis on the unifying power of the city’s history. This will be done through the Maastricht Year, a year in which residents are brought closer together and the sense of solidarity is strengthened.
Through this scheme, the municipality provides subsidies for events that bring a piece of the city’s history back to life. Historical figures, events, or traditions must be central.
Who can apply? The subsidy is only granted:
To legal entities (e.g. foundations, associations) or entrepreneurs based in Maastricht.
If the activity is both prepared and carried out together with at least one other legal entity or entrepreneur from Maastricht.
If this collaboration is new: the parties normally do not or hardly ever work together.
For what?• For activities based on the history of the city that contribute to a sense of pride in Maastricht and foster connection among all its residents, taking place in 2026. Conditions The subsidy is only for activities (or a series of activities) that meet the following conditions:
The activity takes place in Maastricht.
The activity revives a story from the city’s history (e.g. a moment, event, or person) and makes it visible for visitors and participants.
There is collaboration between at least two Maastricht-based parties (individuals or non-profit organizations) who normally do not or hardly ever meet.
The activity contributes to encounters and connections between new and long-established residents of Maastricht.
5. The activity stimulates cooperation and surprising encounters: o between organizers themselves, o between visitors themselves, o and between organizers and visitors, both during preparation and in the final result.
The activity is free of charge and open to the public.
The activity is non-profit.
The activity takes place in 2026.
NOTE: in addition to applying for the subsidy, you are responsible for applying for the required (event) permits yourself! Deadline for submission• No later than 1 November 2025. Please note:
Costs incurred for the application itself or made before are not eligible.
Payments that do not comply with the Fair Practice Code will not be reimbursed.
Amount of subsidy
Category 1: €1,500 to €5,000.
Category 2: €5,001 to €40,000.
Only reasonable, directly project-related costs are eligible.
Amounts include VAT.
Staff must be paid according to the Fair Practice Code.
