The backbone of any successful organization is solid leadership. In order for MAASPI to work at our fullest capacity towards our goals, we must employ a consistent and effective leadership team. Secretary
Take meeting minutes and attendance during all meetings
Check in with all team members/teams to see how they are doing, if they need anything, etc.
Essentially a logistics manager/ team member coordinator
Project Managers
Help plan initiatives
Brainstorm & contact guest speakers
Work with the fundraising team to organize fundraising events (virtual)
Educate AAPI MA residents
