The Service is the mobile application **Maakre Driver** (package name `com.alpas.maakre`), developed, published on Google Play and operated by **Alpas Technology Pvt. Ltd.** The Application is a business logistics tool used by transport drivers and dispatch staff to manage freight consignments, pickups and deliveries.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- Handwritten touchscreen digital signatures provided as proof of consignment handover and delivery completion

#### Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the version of the Application, unique device identifiers, crash reports and other diagnostic data.
#### Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- **Information regarding Your location** (Your current GPS location containing latitude and longitude values, both precise and approximate). This is collected while the Application is in use and during active transport assignments, in order to provide real-time freight tracking to dispatchers and recipients, to record pickup and delivery location milestones, and to calculate routes and delivery estimates.
- **Pictures and other information from Your Device's camera and photo library.** The camera is used to scan QR codes on vehicles and consignments and to capture Proof of Delivery (POD) photos or photos of damaged consignments. The photo library is used to let You select existing photos to attach as delivery documentation.
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings. However, disabling certain permissions (such as Location or Camera) may restrict key functionalities required for consignment processing.
#### Information Stored on Your Device
- **Secure encrypted storage:** Authentication tokens and session identifiers are stored securely on Your device using encrypted storage (`flutter_secure_storage`).
- **Offline data cache:** Consignment and delivery data is cached locally (`Hive`) so that the Application continues to work when internet connectivity is lost in transit.

### Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- **To provide and maintain our Service**, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- **To manage Your Account:** to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
- **To provide logistics and transport services:** to manage shipment orders, assign drivers, track freight progress, and verify parcel pickups and deliveries.
- **To verify deliveries and handovers:** to capture Proof of Delivery photos, digital signatures and timestamps for verification and legal records.
- **To contact You:** to contact You by email or by push notifications regarding new delivery assignments, consignment status changes, dispatch alerts, and communications related to the functionality or security of the Service.
- **To manage Your requests:** to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- **To improve the Service:** to analyze crash reports and performance data in order to fix defects and improve the reliability of the Application.
We **do not sell, rent or trade** Your Personal Data to third parties or advertisers.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
- **With Service Providers:** We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to operate the Service, to send You push notifications, and to monitor crashes and performance.
- **With the transport operator You work for:** consignment records, delivery locations, Proof of Delivery photos and signatures are made available to the transport business whose freight operations You are performing through the Application.
- **With Your consent:** We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
