If you need an official certificate of the conference attendance for the visa application, please do not forget that the administration steps take up to 30 days, so we can handle only those applications which will be sent not latest then 60 days before the conference. Moreover, in order to send you the certificate, you need to make the full payment of the registration fee and the accommodation (in the case of bank transfer please foresee 2 weeks for the arrival of the money). Please note that the Polish Immigration might demand other documentation like authentication of your institute, Curriculum Vitae, documentation of publications, etc.
