Poster Presentation
We invite individuals to present poster in the workshop. Submit your abstract through given registration link.
Award will be given to winners of the poster presentation.
Abstract Guidelines:
Abstracts must be written in English.
Check for proper spelling and grammar.
Use a standard typeface, such as Times Roman with a font size of 12.
The abstract title should be in upper case.
It is important to keep nonstandard abbreviations/acronyms to a minimum, to allow for readability and understanding.
Do not include tables or figures in the abstract core text.
Include all author and co-authors’ details, including affiliation, town and country.
The abstract text should be limited to 250 words, divided in sections:
Introduction
Methods
Preliminary data (results)
Conclusion/finding of the study

Poster Dimensions and general rules
The maximum space allotted for your poster is 121.9 cm (4 feet) in height x 91.4 cm (3 feet) in width, including the margins.
While your poster size may be smaller in exceptional cases, we recommend adhering to the prescribed size for uniformity.
There is no specific poster templete. However poster title, authors name, affiliation and abstract must be clearly mentioned on the top of the poster.
Please mark (*) for the presenting author.
Poster Mounting
Double-sided tapes/clips will be provided for you to mount your poster on the board.
In some cases, two (02) posters may be mounted on a board.
Poster Printing
Participants are required to bring their posters in printed form, with dimensions of 121.9 cm (4 feet) in height x 91.4 cm (3 feet) in width.
Only printed posters of the size specified above will be accepted for presentations. Using multiple papers with color prints instead of a single poster will not be permitted.
Please note that only one (1) poster is allowed per presentation.
