I've been involved in the IT industry since Windows 3.1 (for those of you that can remember back that far) and just recently became a Certified FinOps Practitioner and FOCUS Analyst. I love taking the data from platforms like Azure and their Cost Management blade, importing it into Power BI and generating usable, easy to understand dashboards. 

My services also include Technical Communications and Technical Writing services - I have a Technical Communications diploma (with Honors) from Red River College 🎓 and started out my Technical Communications career with Enginia Software (a 2D and 3D modeling design and analysis software company, and then with EISI (financial planning software) and finally with Manitoba Public Insurance in the Knowledge Management division.
