City Illustration
Project Description: This is a city illustration that shows my skills and abilities in Illustrator as well as my proficiency to use various tools within the program. It also demonstrates my ability to create vector illustrations and my knowledge of color theory. I wanted to create vector images that highlighted Austin’s main attractions.
Target Audience: Tourists, travelers, event organizers, and promoters
Project Description: This kinetic type demonstrates my ability and understanding of motion graphics using After Effects. It also shows that I am capable of designing in a variety of media. I wanted the viewer to immerse themselves into the moving type and feel like they are moving with it.

Identity Brand
Project Description: This brand identity effectively conveys the desired visual message that the logo projects,. I envisioned an eco-friendly bakery. The use of the green turtle resembles the color and eco-friendly establishment, and I added a simple design to the turtle shell to resemble a bread loaf. The design also demonstrates my understanding of visual communication, particularly in vector image design.

Project Description: This is a restaurant webpage. I created the logo and the layout that reflects my understanding of color theory, photography, vector images, and typography placement. The photos display authentic foods to influence the viewer to visit Krazy Trompos.
Target Audience: Individuals who want to try authentic Mexican food.
Project Description: This a space content website built using only HTML and CSS. I demonstrate my proficiency and competence in utilizing HTML and CSS. I also incorporated illustrations which I designed in Illustrator, and this shows my ability to import vector images into HMTL. I wanted to attract a young audience with playful illustrations, and I kept illustration facts short and simple so I would not lose my audience's interest.

Project Description: This a class website built using only HTML and CSS. I showcase my proficiency and competence in utilizing HTML and CSS. I wanted to express my fun and quirky personality using color as the hierarchy. The bright and playful hues express my personality.

Action Photography
Project Description: This action photography demonstrates my camera techniques like shutter speed and composition placement. I capture the staggered players moving toward the ball, creating a pyramid within the composition, and capturing the movements at the right moment.
Target Audience: Parents to children who play soccer and soccer organizations.
Photo Collage
Project Description: This Photoshop collage demonstrates my ability to edit objects within layers and incorporate typography in Photoshop. I wanted to create a non-traditional photo, to achieve this I added a strong background while keeping a slight pitch indication in the foreground.
Target Audience: Parents to soccer players.
Food Collage
Project Description: In this Photoshop collage, I demonstrate my proficiency in using various tools in Photoshop and show my understanding of photo editing. I wanted the collage to be whimsical and engrossed magically so the viewer could feel their imagination take flight.

Project Description: This booklet showcases my proficiency and competence in utilizing InDesign software and its diverse features. The Bodoni typeface displays a high contrast between its thick and thin lines, which makes for a strong visual impact. To highlight this modern typeface, I opted for bold hues and scale.
Target Audience: Graphic designers and editors.
Editorial Spread
Project Description: This editorial spread shows my ability and skill set in InDesign. It also shows my ability to use a variety of InDesign tools and understand editorial layout and typography. After reading the article I felt the artist was strong, bold, and semi-quirky in her design. I took her lead and set up the editorial in a quirky approach.
Target Audience: Designers and the LGBT communities.
Charcoal Portrait
Project Description: The goal of this project was to create an 8x10 charcoal portrait to show my understanding of proportion. I wanted the charcoal portrait to feel slightly like a caricature but not as exaggerated.
