Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are both licensed and insured.  

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We are happy to come out and provide you with a free estimate.  After discussing the work that needs to be done, please allow 24-48 hours to receive your estimate. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  Once you receive your contract, you will be required to provide a deposit down for the work to begin.  The remainder will be due as soon as the work is finished. 

What type of payment methods do you take?

M Kacin Home Improvements accepts cash and personal checks.  We are working on adding credit/debit payments and online payments. 

*Please note - there will be a $35 charge for any return check.  

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at the moment!  This is something we are working on and hope to have more information in the future!

How long will it take to get an estimate back and work scheduled?

Once we come out to review the project, estimates will be sent out within 24-48 hours.  If accepted, contracts will be sent out within 48 hours and the work will be scheduled.
