Welcome to my personal website!

I am a second-year Economics PhD candidate at the Paris School of Economics (PSE) under the supervision of Karen Macours. I am also a member of the directors' board at the Bolivian Society of Economists (SEBOL).

I previously worked as a Pre-doctoral Fellow with the CGIAR/SPIA at the PSE. Before joining the CGIAR, I occupied research assistant positions at the Inter-American Development Bank and the Institute of Socio-Economic Research of the Bolivian Catholic University. I received an MSc. in Economics from the University of Warwick, where I studied as a Chevening Scholar, and a Bachelor's degree from the Bolivian Catholic University.

My research interests are primarily in development studies, political economy, and applied econometrics. Currently, I am studying topics related to public service delivery and governance in Uganda, and livestock measurement in pastoral areas.
