First Time Client Policy: If you are a first time client then contact me to set up a free initial visit. This visit will allow me to meet you and your pets and we will go over your pet's routine, any medications that may be needed as well as visitation time frames. If this initial visit goes well and you decide to use my services I will get a copy of your house key from you.
Payment Policy: Pet Sitting - Full payment is due at first visit
Pet Walking - Paid weekly
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel then please give a 24 hour notice before the first day I am scheduled to pet sit for your animals, otherwise you will be charged for the first visit.
Short Notice Policy: I understand that emergencies arise, so there is no charge for a short notice for services if I am available. I will try my best to work around your schedule and be able to take care of your animals during your time of need.
