Lyrika ("the App") is developed by MA Soft. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices.

Lyrika does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require account creation or login.
2. Microphone Access
The App requests microphone permission solely to record a short audio clip (up to 5 seconds) for song identification. The audio is:
- Sent to the AudD music recognition service (audd.io/privacy) for identification
- Never stored on your device or our servers after identification
- Never used for any other purpose
You can use the App without granting microphone access by searching for songs manually.
3. Notification Access (Android)
The App may request notification listener permission to detect the song currently playing on your device. This data is used solely to identify the active song and is:
- Read locally from active media sessions on your device
- Never stored or transmitted to any server

4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- AudD — Song identification from audio. Privacy Policy: https://audd.io/privacy
- LRCLIB — Lyrics retrieval. Song title and artist name are sent to fetch lyrics. https://lrclib.net
- Groq — AI-powered lyrics translation and song summaries. Lyrics text (not personal data) is sent for processing. Privacy Policy: https://groq.com/privacy-policy/
- MyMemory — Fallback translation service. Only lyrics text is sent. Privacy Policy: https://mymemory.translated.net/doc/privacy.php
- Apple iTunes API — Song metadata and album artwork retrieval. No personal data is sent.
- Google AdMob — Displays advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Firebase Remote Config — App configuration delivery. No personal data is collected. Firebase Privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Grafana Faro — Anonymous usage analytics. Collects non-personal event data (e.g., button presses, feature usage, error occurrences) to help improve the App. No personal information or device identifiers are collected. Privacy Policy: https://grafana.com/legal/privacy-policy/
- YouTube Data API — Used to search for song videos via the official YouTube Data API v3. Song title and artist name are sent as search queries. Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- YouTube — Embedded video player for in-app song playback. YouTube may collect usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We use youtube-nocookie.com to minimize tracking. Video playback is automatically paused when the app is in the background.
- Google Fonts — Font assets are loaded from Google's servers. No personal data is sent. Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Local Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Song history and favorites
- Bookmarked lyric lines for study
- Cached translations, pronunciations, and summaries (to avoid repeated API calls)
- Your preferred language and display settings
- AudD API key (if you provide one)
This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top.
