WHAT IF I SUBMIT MY DEPOSIT FOR A LITTER AND SOMETHING COMES UP? If you reserve a spot on a litter and have to back out, we will hold your deposit and reach back out with future litter availability once. If after reaching back out once in an attempt to place you on a litter your deposit will be forfeited
WHAT IF I SUBMIT MY DEPOSIT FOR A GIRL OR BOY AND THERE'S NOT ENOUGH GIRLS OR BOYS? You reserve a spot for a girl or boy and there is not enough girls or boys you can ask to be moved to a future litter for a girl or boy spot with the same specifications of the litter you are currently on. You may also decide you are okay with a girl or boy and change to the next available girl or boy spot on that litter.
I DO NOT LIVE NEAR YOU. CAN I STILL GET A PUPPY AT LYON and LUNA GOLDENDOODLES? Yes you can! You can fly in to pick up your puppy at our local airport , JFK Airport or LaGuardia Airport, or you can hire a flight nanny service to deliver your puppy to you.
CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS TOWARD MY BALANCE WHILE WAITING FOR MY PUPPY?
Yes, you can. We accept payments the same way we accept deposits. You can make payments whenever you’d like, for however much you’d like throughout the weeks until puppies are born or when they are born. When we receive a payment, you’ll get an update regarding your payments made and balance due.
Is my deposit refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable. We respectfully ask you to be confident that you and your family are ready for the responsibility of a new puppy. If we do not have enough puppies, your deposit can be transferred to the next available litter. We will try to get you a puppy as quickly as possible.
Why is the price high? Price is set based on the time,care and quality we provide. Like health tested parents and how we take care of our pups.
