About Me
About Me
My name is Lynsey Halbritter. I am a former daycare teacher and elementary school teacher. For seven years, I worked at an early learning center for children ranging in age from six weeks old to twelve years old while earning my associate's and bachelor's degrees. In 2016, I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with Special Education from the College of Southern Maryland. I graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in December 2018. I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Leadership in Teaching: Administration and Supervision in May 2022. To stay at home with my son, I made the decision to start my own in-home daycare and leave the classroom. My prior classroom experience is very helpful. I could definitely manage a group of toddlers if I could manage twenty students in a class. Hehe! Opening my house to very young children and taking care of my own is a unique experience that I am looking forward to, as I am sure it will add a new dimension to teaching that I could not have predicted. I promise to provide your child a home daycare that fosters curiosity, creativity, and learning in a safe and secure environment thanks to my professional experience and certificates.Â
