What is the cost of the rental donation for the main floor?

$200 for Lynnfield residents and $275 for non-residents.

What is the availability of the building?

On Saturdays: two time slots:

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 – 11:00 p.m.

Sunday through Friday: you may choose your time.

What is the seating capacity of the main floor?

We usually recommend not more than 85 people.

What amenities do you provide?

We provide 14, 6’ rectangle tables and 90 folding chairs, paper towels, soap and a limited amount of rubbish bags.

There are full kitchen prep facilities.

Can we bring in our own food?

There is no caterer tie-in, you may bring in your own food or hire the caterer of your choice.

What is the alcohol policy?

Alcohol is restricted to beer and wine only (no hard alcohol), cannot be sold and must be consumed within the building exclusively.

What is the floor measurement of the main floor?

32’ x 35’

What is the rental donation for the second floor?

$200 for Lynnfield residents and $275 for non- residents.

If you rent both floors, $350 for Lynnfield residents and $500 for non-residents.

What’s on the second floor?

The room is a quaint Puritan chapel complete with 18^th century pews, exposed-beam ceiling and original faux-grain finish colonial pulpit. Per typical design of Meeting Houses in this period, there two side aisles rather than one center aisle. It seats approximately 175 people.

May we park on the common to load and unload vehicles?

You may not park on the common in front of either door. At one end the brick walkway is not capable of bearing the weight of vehicles without causing damage and at the other end the building’s septic system is buried under the ground.
