Shape of the Month: Half Circle

This was a fun one to draw and create from my very own backyard inspiration.  The arbor reminds me of a half circle.   The artist trading card this month includes a half sun.  Is it a sunset or sunrise...that is up to you!

Shape of the Month: Teardrop

I went a different direction this month.  Instead of doing the shape of the month, I decided to draw things for making moveable art work.  This means the bird's wings can move and the wheel has a window that can be cut out and turns to show underneath.  It is tons of fun and only requires a purchase of brads from your local craft store or amazon.  Directions for creating these fun interactive art pieces are found on the coloring page.

 Print preferred on card stock.  Color and cut out.  Use brads to attach wings and/or circles together.

Recommend purchasing small brads for moveable parts.
