Asthma & Allergies

If your child has asthma and uses an inhaler in school, please make sure you bring the following to the school nurse.

• An order from the Doctor

• An Asthma Action Plan signed by the Doctor

• The inhaler and spacer if they have one

If your child has a life threatening allergy and needs an EpiPen in school, please make sure you bring the following to the school nurse.

• An order from the Doctor

• The EpiPen
