Fly with the Owls
Scholarship 5K

The Lynbrook Council of PTAs hosted its second annual Fly with the Owls Scholarship 5K and Fun Run on Sunday, October 12, 2025. This event supported the Lynbrook Council of PTAs Scholarship Fund, which awards over $20,000 in scholarships each year to graduating seniors who excel in areas such as music, the arts, athletics, community service, and more. 

In addition to the 5K, we also hosted a Fun Run for kids, making it a family-friendly event for participants of all ages.

Thanks to the community's support, Council created and awarded two, new additional $1,000 "Fly with the Owls" scholarships last year for our graduating seniors who embody PTA's mission and commitment to service. Click here to read more about the scholarships and to download the application.
