The App's primary function involves generating images based on text prompts you provide or images you upload. In addition to this, we also collect certain information automatically through the use of third-party SDKs.
User-Provided Content:
Text Prompts: We collect the text prompts you enter to generate images. These prompts contain your creative instructions and descriptions.
Uploaded Images: When using the image-to-image feature, we collect the images you choose to upload to the App for transformation. We do not access your device's photo library without your explicit permission and action.
Generated Images: The images created by the App based on your inputs may be temporarily stored to provide the service and improve functionality.
Face Data (Facial Images): The App does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or face analysis. Face data is provided solely when a user voluntarily uploads an image that may include a human face for image-to-image generation purposes (for example, transforming a photo into a cartoon-style image). The App does not detect, extract, store, or analyze facial landmarks, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition data. Uploaded images that may contain faces are used exclusively to fulfill the user’s explicit request to generate a transformed image using third-party generative AI services. These images are not used for identity verification, user profiling, advertising, or AI model training by the App. Face data contained in uploaded images is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored by the App after the image generation process is completed and the result is delivered to the user, except where temporary retention is required for content moderation, security, or legal compliance. Face data is shared only with third-party AI service providers (such as Fal.ai) strictly for the purpose of generating the requested image. The App does not sell, rent, or otherwise share face data with third parties for advertising, tracking, or biometric identification purposes.
Usage and Device Data: Through third-party SDKs (Firebase, Adjust, Meta SDKs), we may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as the features you use, the duration of your sessions, generation frequency, and events within the App. We may also collect information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information. This data is generally collected in an aggregated and anonymized form, but may include identifiers.
Transaction Data (via RevenueCat): If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, RevenueCat collects information related to your transactions, such as the type of subscription, duration, purchase history, and a subscriber identifier. This does not typically include your full payment card details, which are handled securely by the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
No Mandatory Personal Identification Information: The App does not require you to register or log in with traditional personal identifiers like name or email address for the core image generation function. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number as a requirement to use the App, except for identifiers collected by third-party SDKs as described above, which are typically used for analytics and attribution purposes.
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
Image Generation via AI Services: The text prompts and images you provide are sent to third-party generative AI services for processing and image generation as per your request. The generated images are then delivered back to you through the App.
Providing Service Features: We use your inputs to generate, display, and allow you to save or share the AI-generated images within the App.
Analytics and Improvement: We use data collected via Firebase, Adjust, and Meta SDKs to understand user behavior, analyze usage patterns, improve the App's functionality and performance, optimize user experience, and identify and fix technical issues.
Attribution and Marketing: Adjust and Meta SDKs may be used to understand which marketing campaigns or sources led you to install and use the App, helping us optimize our marketing efforts.
Subscription Management (via RevenueCat): RevenueCat is used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions, track subscription status, verify entitlements, and unlock premium features.
Content Moderation: We may use automated systems to review prompts and generated content to prevent the creation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Legal Compliance: We may use information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
Third-Party AI Services: The text prompts and images you provide are shared with third-party generative AI service providers (including Fal.ai) for the purpose of image generation. Please refer to the respective AI service providers' privacy policies for information on how they handle data.

We do not permanently store your raw text prompts or uploaded images on our servers after the generation process is complete and results are delivered to you, unless required for content moderation or legal compliance purposes.
Generated Images: Generated images may be temporarily stored on our servers to enable features like history or gallery views within the App. You can delete images from your device at any time. Images may be retained longer if required for content moderation, safety purposes, or legal compliance.
SDK Data Retention: Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their respective privacy policies and data retention schedules.
Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the information collected through the App and shared with third-party services. These measures include encryption in transit, secure storage practices, and access controls. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Content Control: You control what text prompts you enter and which images you upload to the App. You can choose not to provide this data or limit the content you create.
Generated Content Management: You can delete generated images from your device at any time through the App's interface.
SDK Data Collection: You may be able to limit the data collected by some third-party SDKs through your device's privacy settings (such as limiting ad tracking on iOS or opting out of personalized ads on Android) or the SDK providers' own opt-out mechanisms. Please consult the privacy policies of Firebase, Adjust, and Meta for more information on their data collection practices and your options.

The App and its third-party service providers may store and process data in various countries, including outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
