“Generation and Phentyping of Genetically modified mice”
Developmental Genetics Lab aims to understand the developmental process of mammals and to identify therapeutic targets for genetic diseases. We focus on genes associated with vascular development, and muscle regeneration, and intestinal homeostasis. To study the function of these genes we generate and analyze their knockout mice. In addition, we perform many research projects using knockout mice in collaboration with other researchers.
