Welcome to LyfeOS ("we," "our," or "us"). LyfeOS is a personal productivity and wellness application that helps you track habits, tasks, nutrition, and activity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
By using LyfeOS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google or create an account with email/password)
Biometric/Health Data You Enter: Age, weight, height, fitness goals, and other data you choose to enter for BMR/calorie calculations
Content You Create: Habits, tasks, meal logs, water intake logs, and activity logs
Usage Analytics: App screens visited, features used, and general usage patterns (via Firebase Analytics)
Crash and Performance Data: Technical information about app crashes and errors (via Firebase Crashlytics), used solely to improve app stability
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
If you use LyfeOS as a Guest, your data is stored locally on your device only and is not linked to any personal account. If you later create an account, your guest data may be migrated to your new account at your choice.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core features (habit tracking, nutrition logging, task management, activity tracking)
Sync your data across devices when you are signed in (via cloud storage)
Generate AI-powered nutrition and activity insights using your entered data
Send you optional reminder notifications (meal times, hydration, habit check-ins) if enabled
Analyze usage trends to improve app features and fix bugs
Display advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 6)
LyfeOS uses Google's Gemini AI to provide nutrition analysis and activity insights based on information you provide (such as food descriptions or activity details). This data is sent securely to AI service providers for processing and is used only to generate the requested analysis. AI-generated results are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical or professional dietary advice.
Your data is stored locally on your device (using secure local storage) and, if you are signed in, also synced to Google Firebase (Firestore) servers
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
Access to your account data is restricted to your authenticated user session only — other users cannot view your data

LyfeOS displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free use of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can learn more about how Google uses this data and manage your ad preferences at https://adssettings.google.com.
You have the right to:
Access your data at any time within the App (Profile → Export My Data)
Delete specific data (Profile → Clear Today's Data) or all your data (Profile → Reset All Data)
Delete your account entirely by contacting us at the email below
Opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings
Disable notifications at any time in app settings or device settings
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
LyfeOS is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
LyfeOS provides AI-generated and calculation-based estimates for nutrition, calories, and activity. This information is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before making significant dietary or fitness changes.
If you access LyfeOS from outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries where our service providers (including Google/Firebase) operate data centers, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app notice and require re-acceptance where legally necessary. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
